Step-by-step

Load
Place the Flask on its wireless charging base, or plug in the USB-C cable. The 4,500 mAh battery provides approximately 30 electrolysis cycles per charge.

Rinse, fill
Rinse the tank with clean water, then fill with 400 ml of plain water. Run a first "blank" cycle, which you do not drink, to rinse the cell.

Launch the cycle
From the touch screen: 5-minute cycle (≈ 4.5 ppm) or 10-minute cycle (up to 9 ppm, manufacturer's data). Drink within 20 to 30 minutes — hydrogen dissipates naturally.

Use it well, for a long time.
Which water to use?
Still water, ideally filtered or low-mineral. Never sparkling water, juice, or hot drinks in the tank.
How do I maintain it?
Rinse the reservoir with clean water after use. Once a week, run a cycle with a little diluted white vinegar, then rinse twice. Do not put in the dishwasher, do not immerse the casing.
How many glasses per day?
Typical Use: 1 to 3 glasses per day — in the morning on an empty stomach, before exercise, or in the evening. Excess H₂ is simply exhaled through breathing.
How to check the concentration?
With DPD reagent – the reference colorimetric method. To measure at home:
- Online DPD kit (~€20)
- Filtered water, 10-minute cycle
- A few drops: water changes color
- Read the level on the color chart
And what if the cell wears out?
