How do I activate my warranty?

How do I know if my battery is getting weak?
Get a DPD test kit (available online, ~€20): add a few drops, the water changes color, and you can read the level. Measure on filtered water, long cycle (10 minutes). If the measurement indicates insufficiently enriched water for 3 consecutive readings, please contact us.
What if I break the case?
Accidental breakage is not covered. We offer repair by our After-Sales Service (prior quote required). The cell is recoverable in most cases.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes. The warranty follows the device, not the buyer. Gift, resale, inheritance: it remains active.
